CourseMonster connects you with new customers looking for the training courses you provide. We do all the marketing. You sell more courses. There's no hidden extras and no surprises. We work on a trade commission basis so there are no listing fee's either and no limit to the amount of courses or dates that can be listed.

How it works

We sell the courses on your behalf after agreeing on a trade price.

Technical requirements

Many of our existing providers preferred method of sending data is via a Data Feed as it provides more current up-to-date course information and reduces on administrative time.  Find out more here »

However, we appreciate that this method is not always possible for some and so an alternative solution is via a manual spreadsheet schedule upload. For both methods we ask for nothing tricky; a standard format using fields such as Course Code, Location, Course Date, Price, Duration and Course Outline. Once the courses are online, either yourselves (through your CourseMonsterData login) or our admin team can maintain and update the information regularly.

Uploading your training schedule

Uploading your training schedule couldn't be simpler.  We have multiple solutions for you to forward your course schedule and outline information to us so that your data is visible across our systems as quickly as possible:

• Via Data Feed
• Via manual spreadsheet upload

We use Standardised Headings for all of CourseMonster's live published outlines so that it is easier for customers to confirm that a course meets their requirements and to easily compare it against other courses.
